We-Empower, a CSR initiative by Succession Advisory Partners, is dedicated to empowering business families to empower grassroot business families in inter-related industries, so the entire community thrives. We worked closely with wealthy business families, empowering grassroots family enterprises so that they can become stakeholders in each other’s lives.
We-Empower teams up with accomplished business families to amplify their support for grassroots enterprises. Our innovative approach includes collaboration with diverse experts, such as higher education institutions, Singapore University of Social Science, for research and knowledge sharing, as well as potential funders for scalable projects.
After our last luncheon last year on November 16th, we are continuing the series. Our Chief Program Officer, Leng, Special Advisor KC Chew, and the rest of the WEL team will be present to provide updates on our progress since the last luncheon.

Melvyn Goh
Melvyn Goh, CEO of WE-Empower, will be facilitating the session. Melvyn holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University. He underwent specialized training at the University of St. Gallen in the program focused on “Preserving Wealth for Generations” and was honored with the Dean’s Fellowship Award at New York University.
As an award-winning CEO, Melvyn received the Agency Head of the Year award in the communications industry from Campaign Asia, with results verified by PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a frequent public speaker on wealth trends in China and Southeast Asia, the family office landscape in Singapore, and family systems. Melvyn’s interests lie in family systems, board governance, and turnaround strategies.
